N-Rich’s Certificate course in International Shipping & Freight Forwarding (CISFF) is designed and conducted by professionals from the shipping & freight forwarding companies.

This three month training equips students with a wide range of skills covering commercial geography, documentation of ocean and airfreight, legal aspects, personality development, business communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Admission is open for male and female students with diploma / degree and spoken English skills.
After the completion of training, students are placed in administration, accounts, documentation, operations, customer service, sales & marketing and HR departments in Shipping & Freight Forwarding companies both locally and abroad. N-Richian’s are currently employed in India, U.A.E & Oman.
